of sale.

These terms of sale govern private chauffeur services offered under the brand Miles Limousine by HP Group Sàrl, Chemin Ella-Maillart 17, 1208 Geneva, Switzerland (UID: CHE-491.097.113). They apply to bookings made on www.mileslimo.ch or agreed directly with the company.

Contact: info@mileslimo.ch. Where specific terms are accepted in writing for a journey, those terms take precedence for that journey.

Miles Limousine offers private transfers and hourly chauffeur services in Geneva, throughout Switzerland and for selected international journeys. Required information includes the date, time, addresses, vehicle, number of passengers and any special requirements. The customer checks its accuracy and communicates any changes as soon as possible.

The customer submits a booking request without immediate payment. Miles Limousine then confirms availability, the final fare and journey details before sending a secure Worldline Pay by Link payment link. If the service cannot be provided after payment has been received, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Amounts are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The calculator displays an estimated fare for the selected journey or hourly service. The final amount is confirmed to the customer before the payment link is sent. For services quoted individually, the applicable amount is the one accepted by the customer.

Changes to the itinerary, additional waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees or special requests result in additional charges only after the customer has been informed and has agreed, subject to documented charges imposed directly during the service. The calculator provides an estimate where the route or availability needs confirmation.

Miles Limousine applies specific pricing to services provided at night, between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.

For transfers, a flat surcharge of CHF 30 applies when pickup takes place during these hours.

For hourly services, a surcharge of CHF 20 per night-time hour is calculated in proportion to the actual time falling between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.

All applicable surcharges are shown before the booking is confirmed, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.

Swiss local time (Europe/Zurich). Outbound and return transfers are assessed separately. During clock changes, hourly services use actual elapsed time; a repeated pickup time refers to its first occurrence. No Sunday or public holiday surcharge applies.

After the booking is confirmed, the customer receives a secure Worldline Pay by Link payment link. Invoicing and payment through SumUp are also available, subject to the arrangements agreed when the booking is confirmed. Miles Limousine does not collect full card details. Payment is considered received only after the payment provider used confirms the transaction. If payment is declined or interrupted, no amount is considered paid.

For bookings agreed directly, payment arrangements and the due date are specified in the confirmation or on the invoice.

To change or cancel a booking, write to info@mileslimo.ch stating your name and journey details. Miles Limousine will respond in writing with the available changes, costs already incurred and, where applicable, the refundable amount.

These terms do not impose an automatic cancellation fee schedule. If specific cancellation terms are required for a booking, they must be communicated and accepted before payment. Otherwise, amounts paid for a service that has not been provided are refunded, subject to any individually agreed alternative and statutory rights.

The customer arrives at the confirmed place and time and remains reachable on the number provided. In the event of a flight or train delay, the customer informs Miles Limousine as soon as they become aware of it and, where possible, provides the flight or train number. The meeting point is specified in the confirmation.

The vehicle may be replaced by one of an equivalent or higher category if operational circumstances require it. If this is unsuitable for the customer, the parties agree on an alternative or a refund for the service not provided. Safety, vehicle capacity and traffic rules take precedence over any journey request.

The number of passengers and bags must be within the capacity of the booked vehicle. Oversized luggage, animals, child seats and assistance requirements must be declared before confirmation. The customer and their companions respect the vehicle, chauffeur and safety rules, including wearing seat belts. Damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged at the documented cost of repairs.

If an event beyond the control of the parties prevents the service, Miles Limousine informs the customer as soon as possible and seeks a reasonable solution. The service not provided is refunded where no solution is accepted. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

For any complaint, write to info@mileslimo.ch with the journey date and a description of the issue. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

Swiss law applies. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules, the competent courts of the canton of Geneva have jurisdiction. The version of the terms communicated at the time of booking applies to that booking.
