We may process data you voluntarily provide when requesting information, a quote or a booking:

When you use the website’s booking form, information is sent to Miles Limousine through the FormSubmit technical service to deliver your request by email. This provider may store it temporarily, including in its submission archive, for up to 30 days.

To provide address suggestions and calculate a road route, the search terms, selected addresses and their geographical coordinates are sent to the Photon/Komoot and OSRM mapping services. We recommend that you do not enter personal information that is unnecessary for planning the journey.

Technical data may be processed automatically when you visit the website, including the IP address, access date and time, browser type, device used and logs required for the security and operation of the service.

Data is processed to:

• respond to your requests and prepare a quote;
• organise, confirm and provide transport services;
• communicate with you before, during and after the journey;
• issue invoices and meet accounting and legal obligations;
• ensure the security, availability and technical improvement of the website;
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Data is accessible only to those who need it to provide the service. It may be shared with technical, accounting or payment providers, transport partners where the journey requires it, and authorities where required by law.

FormSubmit receives the information entered in the form to forward the request to our email address. The Photon/Komoot and OSRM mapping services receive only the data needed for address searches and route calculations. Their availability and data processing are also subject to their own infrastructure and policies.

We do not sell your personal data. Providers entrusted with data must process it only within the scope of their assignment and with appropriate safeguards.

Some technical or communications providers may process data outside Switzerland. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer is to a country recognised as providing adequate protection or is subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, provide the service and manage the customer relationship. Documents subject to legal requirements, particularly accounting or tax requirements, are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
